Innoware and LEONI Wiring Systems Southeast (Serbia) completed the implementation of personnel management and payroll solution IW HR&Payroll based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0. LEONI Wiring Systems Southeast (Serbia) is a part of LEONI AG, holding group with headquarters in Nuremberg (Germany) and specializes in wire and cable supply for the automotive industry. Thanks to implementation of IW HR&Payroll the company is able to use employees’ working time more efficiently and effectively manage production cost as well as to obtain accurate and transparent reporting for making personnel-related decisions.
In 2002 Innoware implemented IW HR&Payroll for the Ukrainian enterprise of LEONI Holding. Business-model used by LEONI in Ukraine had been chosen to manage personnel records and payroll in the new plant of LEONI AG, that was put into operation in Serbia.
During the project specific requirements of the Serbian enterprise were identified and implemented. For example, additional functionality that allows summarizing the working time on special algorithms has been developed. IW HR&Payroll allows using different tax schemes depending on the type of contract and staff category. It also allows complex calculations of accruals for time worked and average wage according to the Serbian legislation. In addition, as Microsoft Dynamics NAV was integrated with the workforce and access control system, LEONI Wiring Systems Southeast received the opportunity to manage the labor cost – one of the main part of production costs.
As the result of the project LEONI Wiring Systems Southeast is able to manage personnel records, timekeeping, attendance allowance (integration with KABA access control system), calculate payroll in accordance with the Serbian legislation and also prepare statutory and corporate reporting.
