Zepter International Ukraine implemented human resource management system IW HR&Payroll based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. As a result company got an opportunity to optimize the HR management processes, calculate bonuses for presenters, and generate reports in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
Innoware successfully finished implementation of IW HR&Payroll solution based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0 in the Ukrainian office of Zepter International Ukraine. Zepter International produces exclusive high-quality consumer goods, which are distributed around the world principally by direct sales and also through high-end stores. As a result of implementation Zepter got an opportunity to optimize the HR management processes, calculate bonuses for presenters, and generate reports in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
«Lack of effective and user-friendly instruments, which would allow calculating bonuses for company’s presenters was one of the main reasons for extension of Microsoft Dynamics NAV functionality in Zepter. Before the project started, all data about presenters was stored in different systems, and its processing was complicated», - comments project manager Volodymyr Nikityuk, Innoware.
