- Quickly respond to changes in the business environment and/or local legislation.
In order to accomplish this within our support program we offer the following options:
IW Localization Support, the support for the companies using Ukrainian localization of Microsoft Dynamics™ products developed by Innoware. We keep our product in compliance with Ukrainian legislation by issuing Service Packs with the set of all legislation changes on a monthly basis.
IW Help Line, the support service cost of which directly depends on the number of requests to our consultants. This option includes questions and answers exchange between the customer and consultant via telephone, e-mail, or support section of the web site.
IW Inspection, the inspection of software product. Its objectives are ERP optimization and further recommendations of our consultants. IW Inspection is recommended to be performed once a year.
IW Base Pack, a preset number of consultants' work hours which customers may use to modify the system, create and adjust reports, train the company staff etc.
We are willing to decrease the price of total system ownership for our customers by delegating maximum responsibility for its operation to our experts.
