Innoware Has Become the First Company in Ukraine to Transfer to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0

Innoware was the first company in Ukraine that has started using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, a new version of a well-known Microsoft customer relation management system, even before it was officially presented in Ukraine and CIS. Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 was officially launched in the international market on January 30, 2008 in four cities of the world – Barcelona, Vancouver, London, and Madrid. For now only a couple dozens of companies already use the new system.

The new system considerably improves the work of marketing and sales departments, analyze the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns, establish partnership relations with potential and current clients, quicken and improve the quality of the work with clients. Stanislav Birow, the Head of Marketing Department of Innoware, mentions that "the marketing activity of our company is a complex process that consists of several stages with many employees involved in it. If we want to keep our marketing process really effective, we need to constantly analyze the accumulated information – which companies refer to us, what period of time do we need to turn a company that is just interested in our services to a client, what is the percentage of the tenders we won etc. Before we implemented the new CRM system we had to do all that things manually that made the labor costs rather sensible. The new CRM 4.0 was a huge step forward compared to the previous version. It is also very important to note that our company's business lies in providing professional services and the quality of these services must be felt in everything starting from calling a potential client for the first time, reacting quickly to his requests, to the implementation project and post-project support. The new Microsoft Dynamics CRM has a wide range of business analysis tools including the new reporting master for getting data from different sections, extended report preparation schedule management, the ability to quickly build reports on the basis of linked objects etc. The solution has the new business process automation system on the ground of the new Windows Workflow Foundation technology that allows to quickly and instinctively adjust the business processes both inside the CRM system and between the different information systems of the organization. The new Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 gives the opportunity to choose between one of the 25 interface languages and to switch the languages if necessary that is important for the companies that have offices in several countries. Tight integration with Microsoft Office Outlook made sending e-mail more simple that is now can be done directly from the CRM system. Marketing department employees also mentioned that the new product has better operating speed and a brand new interface that became more complete and comfortable.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 helps not only to attract new clients but to significantly improve the interaction with current clients. The system accumulates all the information on the current clients that gives the opportunity to hold complex customer loyalty increase marketing campaigns etc. Stanislav Birow, the Head of Marketing Department of Innoware mentioned that "one of the main income sources of our company is relations with the current clients and is it impossible to build relations with the customers without such a tool as CRM".

The transfer to a newer version from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 was made by the company's employees. As Eugene Yukhno, the Head of Infrastructural Solutions Department mentions, "We expected the transfer to be hard, but it happened very smoothly because Microsoft Corporation paid a lot of time to simplify the migration from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 to a new version. In fact the transfer to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 from the beginning of installation to the end of testing took us only sixteen hours. All the updates and adjustments of Dynamics CRM 3.0 are transferred to the new system automatically with the help of the special update master. Furthermore, the clients who use Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 and have an active Software Assurance can get the new version of the system for free under the client support program".
