According to the HR Center research Innoware was included into "Ukraine Best Employers 2008" TOP 20. The research was made under the Hewitt Associates methodology.
More than 19,000 employees and 900 top managers of 59 companies took part in the research. The results are based on the answers, given by companies' employees.
Hewitt Associates has been conducting the Best Employers Study for almost a decade. Hungary was the first European country to participate in the study in 2001. Canada, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Switzerland, the Netherlands, India, Japan, Australia, Costa-Rica, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Austria, Hungary and other countries are participating in the research project.
