Zeppelin Ukraine Raises Client Service Standards with the Help of Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Zeppelin Ukraine has raised its client service standards due to the implementation of the enterprise resources planning system based on Microsoft Dynamics  NAV. Ukrainian company Innoware, which had accomplished implementation, acted as a consultancy.

The solution deals with all aspects of company activities (sales, service, marketing, supplies administration and client relations), and is integrated into the existing accounting system. Implementation of the system has enabled company's data consolidation, decrease of routine processes, increase in orders and incoming documentation processing speed and cut down of supplies volume in the warehouses. Company's got a chance to improve the quality of clients' service in conditions of constant growth and development of their business.

Innoware (Microsoft Business Solutions Gold Certified Partner) acted as a consultant that executed the implementation. Due to methodology IW URM (Unique Reliable Method) and branch solutions IW Auto and IW Parts on the base of Microsoft Dynamics, Innoware managed to implement the solution in just 5 months, in such a way that they solved client's tasks.
