Innoware Has Started the Implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning System at Aeroc Company
Manufacturing, trade, logistics, management and financial accounting, HR management, and payroll calculation will be automated at two aerated concrete manufacturing plants
Innoware has started the implementation of enterprise resource planning system (ERP) at Aeroc Ukraine, the daughter company of Aeroc International AS, which is the biggest manufacturer of aerated concrete in Northern Europe and Russia. At the first stage the future informational system will cover two manufacturing plants featuring about 50 workstations. The project is expected to last for approximately three months. The main implementation works are planned to be finished by February 29, 2008.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0 is used as the corporate standard at all Aeroc International AS plants. The choice of the contractor for the implementation was commented by Теtyana Karpenko, Chief Accountant, Aeroc Ukraine: "We've preferred Innoware as the company who has the largest experience in implementing the chosen program product. Innoware has its own localization of Microsoft Dynamics NAV for the Ukrainian market as well as the unique IW URM project implementation methodology. The Individual approach of the company's employees to our project was also attractive."
During the project Innoware specialists will implement a modern management system which would allow to effectively manage all company's activities like manufacturing, trade, logistics, financial and tax accounting as well as payroll calculation and staff management. To support the latter process IW HR&Payroll module, Innoware's own product that has particularly attracted the attention of the Aeroc management, will be used. As Теtyana Karpenko mentions, "all of our team is delighted with the IW HR&Payroll salary calculation system developed by Innoware, it is transparent, comprehensive and very usable."
According to Nataliya Onyshchuk, Microsoft Dynamics NAV Product Unit Manager, Innoware the main project stages include implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV Ukrainian localization developed by Innoware and customization of cost price accounting system to make it compliant to the international Aeroc standards.
