The IW HR&Payroll module has covered more than 20 workplaces on 2 aerocrete production plants and in company's office in Kiev.
Innoware has finished the implementation of IW HR&Payroll module in Ukrainian subsidiary of Aeroc International AS. The company is one of the major producers of aerocrete in Northern Europe and Russia. The module will become the part of the end-to-end ERP system, which will cover two aerocrete production plants and head office in Kiev. The implementation of the full-scale ERP system, based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, is planned to be finished up to the end of 2008.
For the HR management automation the product developed by the Innoware specialists was used - IW HR&Payroll module, which attracted the attention of Aeroc management. Tetyana Karpenko, Aeroc CFO, commented on the finish of the implementation works: "Any project supposes developing works, which should be made taking into consideration the specifics of every particular company's business processes. We needed to extend our basic functionality. Now we can confidently say that Innoware specialists has completed the task and allowed for all the additional demands, which usually appear in the process of implementation. On the next stage of the project financial and tax accounting, logistics, sales and production management is planned to be automated." At the moment financial management and logistics modules are being tested in operational mode. The implementation of the production management module is planned for the 4th quarter of 2008.
