According to the HR Center research Innoware was included into "Ukraine Best Employers 2008" TOP 20. The research was made under the Hewitt Associates methodology.

On May, 29 Innoware held the master class dedicated to the use of ERP (enterprise resource planning system) in food industry. Kostyantyn Hlushanytsya, Sales Consultant at Innoware, spoke about the implementation and use of ERP in meat processing industry.

Innoware was listed as one of three leading companies of the "Innovators Guard" rating program in "High technologies. System integrators" category. The company took the 28th place in the general rating of 100 companies with the result of 123.04 points.

On the 9th of April during MaRHo international specialized exhibition (shops, restaurants, hotels) the Innoware specialists held the master class dedicated to LS Retail. Pavlo Kolesnikov, Head of Vertical Solutions Department, spoke about the peculiarities of ERP systems and the advantages of this particular product.

According to the results of research made by staff recruitment service portal superjob.ua, Innoware was given the "Attractive employer - 2007" status. During the last year the company placed vacancies on the portal, which have received the largest quantity of references from candidates.
