For many years we developed and improved templates and procedures, which allows us to define promptly project scope, time and budget on early stage of communication with client. Our client already knows what he is paying for before signing the contract and controls the project budget during implementation.
Advantages on sales stage. Using proven procedure for scope definition, together with client we define what business-processes should be implemented during the project. This data helps our specialists to create a detailed project plan (up to ¼ hour), which will be used on implementation stage. Such an approach gives a client the understanding of what tasks will be solved to achieve his goals, what will be the cost and duration of each task, and what resources should be allocated from both Innoware and client’s side before signing the contract. This allows the client to correctly distribute workload on the staff and plan the budget during the project.
Advantages on implementation stage.
We aim to make the process of project realization more comfortable for the customer, that’s why our clients pay only for actual work. Our approach excludes prepayments and payments for a long period of time, what, in our opinion, are more advantageous and positively differs us from other consulting companies. In addition, due to special project management software used by Innoware, our clients receive an access to project server, where they can trace the budget and scope in the real time. The advantage of such approach is that client gains the ability to control budget and project progress.
Advantages in the case of scope change. If during the project implementation of additional functionality is needed, we always additionally define the scope, duration and cost of these works and coordinate it with customer. Thus, these changes are never unexpected, but approved and controlled by the client.
