PURPOSE
Optimizes the work with project assignments for the users of Microsoft Project Server 2007
FIELD OF APPLICATION
IW:TT is an add-on for Microsoft Outlook 2007
ADD-ON ENABLES YOU TO:
- Export of the assignments from the Project Server as events to Outlook calendar or as tasks to Outlook task list.
- Report on the tasks in offline mode and further synchronization with Project Server
- Export of Outlook tasks to the appropriate projects on the Project Server
- Reassign the tasks on other resources
- Receive personal reports on tasks
- Form Timesheets
- Add administrative time (synchronizing the availability of resource with the calendar of resource)
- Attach e-mails, files and documents to the appropriate tasks of the project
- Retrieve e-mails, files and documents from the tasks of the project
- Add risks to the appropriate tasks of the project
- Retrieve risks from the tasks of the project
- Take into account time spent on project tasks in semi-automatic mode and export these values to the "Actual Work" field
Innoware CRP (IW:CRP)
PURPOSE
Automated filling of free time slots of all the resources with the necessary constrained parameters taken into account. Aligning assignment plans of resources in accordance with the constrained parameters under the project portfolio.
FIELD OF APPLICATION
IW:CRP consists of two parts:
- Add-On for Microsoft Project Professional 2007. Designed for semiautomatic alignment of resources of one project under a project portfolio in accordance with the necessary constrained parameters
- Add-On for Microsoft Project Server 2007. Designed for automatic alignment of resources of all the project pool of Microsoft Project Server 2007 with all the necessary constrained parameters taken into account
